1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, please ensure that you initiate the return process within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

2. Return Authorization: Before returning any items from your bulk order, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Condition of Items: All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part or if the item received was defective or damaged during transit.

5.Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.
- If you opt for an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange for the replacement item(s) to be shipped out promptly.
- Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for refunds to reflect in your account after processing.
